Ingredients

15 ounces yellow aka wax beans, canned
15 ounces green beans, canned
15 ounces Kidney beans, canned
½ cup Yellow or Red onion, thinly sliced
2/3 cup sweet peppers (your choice of color), cut in 1/2" by 1 1/2" chunks
1/2 cup White vinegar
1/4 cup Allulose and drops of monk fruit (to taste)
1/4 cup Olive oil (or I use Smart Canola but want to substitute with healthier oil)
1 teaspoon celery seeds
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions

Drain and rise beans with cool water.
In a small bowl combine vinegar, sugar, oil, ½ teaspoon of kosher salt, and black pepper. Whisk together.
In a large bowl combine the wax beans, green beans, kidney beans, and onion. Pour the dressing over them and lightly toss together.
Store in the refrigerator covered until you are ready to serve.
