Classic Banana Spilt Torte with Less Carbs

This family favorite, Banana Split Torte, has been a summer treat for many years. It’s best when the strawberries are ripe in Wisconsin! Light and fruity, it’s a great dessert for pot lucks and keeps well in fridge for several days.

Ingredients

5 c. Rice Krispies (1 1/2 c. crushed
6T butter melted
1/4 c. Allulose

8 oz softened cream cheese
1 T almond or Milkadamia milk
1 t vanilla
1 c powdered allulose or Besti brand
3-4 bananas, sliced
1 qt strawberries, sliced
8 oz cool whip
1/4 c nuts

Instructions

1. Crust- put in bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Press down firmly. Bake 15min at 300 degrees. Cool.
2. Mix cream cheese, Milkadamia milk, sugar and vanilla in mixer until creamy.
3. Spread on top of crust, layer bananas and strawberries evenly. Spread with cool whip topping. sprinkle with nuts on top.
