Keto Air Fried Cheese Curds

Who doesn’t love fried Cheese Curds? Better yet make them in the Air Fryer for a cleaner, healthier taste.

Ingredients

16oz Cheese curds (look for bag that has large chunks only)
1/2 c. flour (oat fiber, lupin, whey blend)
2 eggs, break into shallow bowl
1-1 1/2 c. kept bread crumbs -link to recipe

Instructions

Lightly shake flour into bag of cheese curds OR place flour in bowl and coat curds lightly
Dip each curd in egg mixture, then dredge in breadcrumbs.
Place individually on cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Freeze for 30-60 minutes

Remove air fryer tray.
Preheat air fryer (3 minutes) at 380
Place frozen curds on air fryer tray, lightly spritz with cooking spray and place in preheated air fryer
Air fry for 6 minutes at 380.

Reserve remaining cheese curds in freezer for the next time you need a fix!
